Mariette Fernandes, has just this expertise and brings out the best in the employees of Social Central. After receiving her MBA degree in Human Resources at the Don Bosco Institute of Management, she went on to work at a startup company for two years and explored her skills. Today, as Human Resource Head at Social Central, her role at work is Recruitment, Job Appraisals, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement and HR for Admin and Operations. Along with her friendly nature, she takes into consideration the needs of the company and of the employees. She enjoys her work and is very lively, with her hobbies in reading, music, travelling and great taste in theatre and food. She has the ability to recognize the talent and skill in a candidate and utilise it to the full potential for the benefit of the group. She is loved by her colleagues and is very approachable for any queries or dilemma.
